AI removes the mundane.
The work that exhausts your team without compounding — that's what AI is for. So your people can do the care.
ABOUT MAPLECARE
We've run the agencies. We've worked the Monday-morning reconciliation. We've taken the 11pm callout texts. MapleCare is the platform we wish we'd had.
WHY WE'RE BUILDING THIS
Most of what makes a home care agency great is tribal knowledge — invisible to software. A scheduler remembers which caregivers get along with which clients. An owner remembers which referral partners call back and which don't. An intake coordinator hears the pause in a daughter's voice and knows this family needs extra reassurance. None of that lives in your EHR.
The home care industry has spent fifteen years trying to squeeze that human knowledge into structured fields. It doesn't fit. And the AI tools that have arrived in the last two years mostly do the same thing, faster: they read your EHR, they make assumptions, they hand your team decisions the team would have made differently if asked.
MapleCare is the opposite bet. The AI's job is to ask. Your team's job is to answer, once. The system's job is to remember forever. And in the moments that actually matter — a VIP client's call, a complicated escalation, a family conversation — a human still picks up the phone.
We believe AI plus operator expertise beats either one alone. And we think the first home care platform that genuinely internalizes that will win the next decade of the industry.
OUR PRINCIPLES
The work that exhausts your team without compounding — that's what AI is for. So your people can do the care.
MapleCare asks your team what the EHR doesn't know, and remembers the answer. Once given, never re-asked.
For VIPs, sensitive escalations, and final judgment calls. A trusted human voice is the protagonist. MapleCare is the infrastructure.
THE TEAM
Saturday-night callouts from our kitchen tables. Apologies we had to make. Judgment calls that only made sense to someone who'd been there. We've run home care agencies ourselves — and we remember every idiosyncrasy that breaks generic tools.
The caregiver pair that can't be paired. The family that won't trust a new voice. The referral partner waiting on a Thursday update. MapleCare isn't built around some abstract vision of what home care should be. It's built around what home care actually is.
